The Rochester Honkers come back and walk it off in the ninth to defeat the Minot Hot Tots 14-11. The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders battled back from an early deficit to walk it off against the Green Bay Rockers 14-12.
Kenosha 8, Traverse City 6
The Kenosha Kingfish outlasted the Traverse City Pit Spitters in a 10-inning battle, winning 8-6. Nick Williams (Michigan State University) went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, driving in one run and scoring once. Robert Newlands (Kalamazoo College) went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBIs. Jadan Boyce (Northern Oklahoma Tonkawa CC) went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. James McCoy (Georgia Southern) went 1-for-4 with a double, scoring twice and driving in one run. Nathanael Coupet (Georgia Tech) went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run. Jaxson Easterlin (Oakland University) earned the win, throwing 2.1 scoreless innings with one strikeout, allowing one hit and one walk. Travis Maxwell (Golden West CC) got the save, throwing one inning with two strikeouts, allowing two walks and one hit.
Kalamazoo 6, Rockford 4
The Kalamazoo Growlers defeated the Rockford Rivets 6-4. Micah Rienstra-Kiracofe went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, recording one RBI, two runs scored, and one stolen base. Brodey Acres went 1-for-2, scoring once with two RBIs and three stolen bases. Joe Forbes went 3-for-5 with one RBI and one stolen base.
