Kenosha 9, Battle Creek 8

The Kenosha Kingfish pulled off a thrilling comeback, scoring eight runs in the final three innings to defeat the Battle Creek Battle Jacks 9-8 in extra innings. Robert Newland (Kalamazoo College) had a day at the plate going 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles and a grand slam, recording four RBIs and three runs scored. Jack Zebig (University of Illinois) went 2-for-5 with a double, tallying two RBIs and one run scored. Dominic Kibler (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee) went 1-for-4, scoring once with one RBI and one stolen base. Luke Klooster (University of Washington) went 1-for-2 with a double, driving in two runs. Ty Tomlinson (George Mason University) went 2-for-3, scoring twice with one RBI. Luke Weber (University of Illinois) earned the win, throwing two scoreless innings with one strikeout, allowing two hits and one walk.

Eau Claire 12, Thunder Bay 7

The Eau Claire Express erupted for 19 hits and used a steady offensive attack to defeat the Thunder Bay Border Cats 12-7. Sam Erickson (Texas A&M University) went 3-for-6 with a solo home run, tallying four RBIs. Jackson Glueck (Pima CC) went 3-for-6 with a two-run home run. JJ Moran (Stanford University) went 3-for-3, scoring twice with two RBIs and one stolen base. Dante Vachini (Cal Poly University) went 2-for-5 with a triple and a double, tallying one RBI and two runs scored. Tyrus Hall (West Virginia University) went 2-for-3 with a double, driving in two runs and scoring once. Andres Castro (Nevada) earned the win, throwing three scoreless innings with three strikeouts, allowing two hits.

Green Bay 9, Lakeshore 4

The Green Bay Rockers rallied from an early deficit, erupting for six runs in the fifth and adding three more in the eighth to take down the Lakeshore Chinooks 9-4. Joe Mennella (Wagner College) went 2-for-5 with a grand slam. Caleb Daniel (Georgia Tech) went 2-for-5, scoring once with three RBIs. JP Peltier (Wright State University) went 2-for-4, scoring once with two RBIs and one stolen base. Evan Bogart (Cloud County CC) earned the win, throwing five scoreless innings with two strikeouts, allowing three walks and one hit.

Madison 10, Fond du Lac 4

The Madison Mallards jumped out early and never looked back, defeating the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders 10-4. Michael Lippe (University of Minnesota) went 2-for-5, scoring twice with two RBIs. Cole Kosciusko (UC Santa Barbara) went 2-for-5, scoring once with two RBIs. Carson Hansen (University of Kentucky) went 1-for-4 with a double, tallying two RBIs and one run scored. TP Wentworth (Clemson University) went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and a double, recording one RBI and two runs scored. Nate McHugh (Creighton University) went 2-for-3 with a double, driving in two runs. Taylor Penn (Arizona State University) earned the win, throwing five innings with six strikeouts, allowing four hits, one walk, and zero earned runs. Keaton Fenn (Southeastern (IA) CC) shut the door, striking out two of two batters faced in the last inning.

Rockford 7, Kalamazoo 6

The Rockford Rivets used a five-run fourth inning to surge past the Kalamazoo Growlers and held on late for a 7-6 victory. Connor Cunningham (Murray State University) went 1-for-2 with three RBIs. Harrison Bowman (Troy University) went 2-for-4, scoring twice with one RBI. Collin Taylor (Los Angeles Valley CC) went 1-for-3 with a double and one RBI. Gabe Springer (Stanford University) went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles, tallying three RBIs and one run scored. Jayce Lee (University of Notre Dame) went 3-for-5 with a double, recording one RBI, one run scored, and one stolen base. Charlie Kinkaid (McLennan CC) earned the win, throwing 2.1 innings with one strikeout, allowing four hits, three walks, and two runs.

Wisconsin Rapids 7, Wausau 6

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters held off a late rally from the Wausau Woodchucks to secure a 7-6 victory. Jake Beauchaine (Saddleback CC) went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs. Hayden Carlson (Seattle University) went 4-for-5 with a solo home run and a double, scoring three times. Landon Gaz (UC Irvine) was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a solo home run, recording two RBIs. Noah Malone (Loyola Marymount University) went 4-for-5 with a two-run home run and a double, scoring three times. Seth Spencer (Hope International University) earned the win, throwing five innings with two strikeouts, allowing six hits, one run, and one walk.

Traverse City 5, Royal Oak 4

The Traverse City Pit Spitters rallied late, scoring two runs in the ninth to edge out the Royal Oak Leprechauns 5-4. Aaron Piasecki (Central Michigan University) went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, scoring twice, and stealing one base. Brandon Sanchez (University of Northern Colorado) went 2-for-5, scoring once with one RBI and one stolen base. Waterloo 14, Duluth 5

The Waterloo Bucks exploded for five runs in the second inning and never looked back, cruising to a 14-5 victory over the Duluth Huskies. The La Crosse Loggers pulled off a wild comeback, scoring nine runs in the final two innings to stun the Rochester Honkers 15-13. The Badlands Big Sticks pulled off a thrilling 7-6 walk-off win in 10 innings over the Willmar Stingers. Khalil Walker (Univeristy of New Mexico) came in clutch, driving in the winning run, going 1-for-3, scoring twice with one RBI. Connor Massimini (East Texas Baptist University) went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, tallying two RBIs and two runs scored. Rene Galvin (UT Rio Grande Valley) went 1-for-5 with a bases-clearing double. Jameson Martin (University of Minnesota) went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run. Matthew Pena (Cal State Northridge) went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run. Armani Guzman (West Virginia University) went 1-for-5 with a triple, driving in one run and stealing one base. Adam Trevino (McMurry University) earned the win, throwing three perfect innings with four strikeouts. 

Mankato 9, St. Cloud 1

The Mankato MoonDogs exploded for six runs in the ninth inning to blow the game wide open and defeat the St. Cloud Rox 9-1. Collin Jennings (University of Illinois) went 2-for-4 with a pair of home runs, tallying four RBIs and two runs scored. Nico Libed (University of San Diego) went 3-for-5 with a double, driving in one run and scoring twice. Josey Williamson (University of Alabama) went 1-for-3, scoring once with two RBIs.
