Madison also completed a sweep of Minot behind an explosive 18–4 win and balanced offense, while Wausau edged Grand Forks 8–7 in a walk-off thriller to round out a high-scoring, action-packed slate.

Wausau 8, Grand Forks 7

The Ignite earned a dramatic 8–7 walk-off victory over the Spitfires, collecting 18 hits in a back-and-forth offensive battle. After Grand Forks tied the game in the top of the eighth, Wausau answered in the bottom half, with Mia Buske (South Dakota State University) delivering the walk-off winner after being inserted into the lineup. Megan McGinnis (Saint Mary’s University (MN)) led the Ignite offense, going 4-for-5 with a double, four RBI, and one run scored. Brynn Daniel (Northwestern State University) went 4-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored, while Mia Johnson (University of Wisconsin-Parkside) also collected four hits, finishing 4-for-5 with one run scored. For Grand Forks, Makenna Alexander (University of North Dakota) went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one run scored, and a stolen base. Mattison Kwarta (San Diego State University) launched a three-run home run, and Emma Peeples (York University (NE)) went 3-for-4 with three RBI. Zoey Mills (East Florida State CC) earned the win for Wausau, retiring all three batters she faced and striking out two in a perfect inning of relief.

The Steam overcame an early deficit with a dominant middle-innings surge, scoring nine runs across the fourth and fifth innings to defeat the Habaneros 12–8. La Crosse erased a four-run deficit after Mankato’s five-run third inning, using a 17-hit attack to pull away for the victory. Avary Makarewicz (University of Tennessee-Martin) was perfect at the plate and launched two home runs, driving in seven runs to lead the Steam offense. Jackie Larsen (Bemidji State University) went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI, and two runs scored, while Makayla Etling (UNC-Pembroke) finished 3-for-4 with one RBI. For Mankato, Ava McKee (Bowling Green State University) went 3-for-4 with a three-run home run and four RBI. Katy Olive (Miami University (OH)) added a solo homer, going 2-for-4 with two RBI. Trinity Gregg (University of Jamestown) earned the win, allowing four hits and two walks while striking out three over four innings of relief.

Madison 18, Minot 4

The Night Mares exploded for 18 runs on 18 hits in a dominant 18–4 win over the Honeybees, pulling away early and finishing strong with a massive six-run fourth inning and a seven-run sixth. Ava Carroll (University of Washington) had a monster day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a pair of home runs, driving in three runs, and scoring four times. Hilary Blomberg (University of Wisconsin) went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, recording two RBI and three runs scored. Tele Jennings (University of Arizona) finished 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and an RBI double. Gretta Grassel (Mississippi State University) was perfect at the plate, going 4-for-4 with two RBI, two runs scored, and three stolen bases. Kyra Smith (Colorado State University) went 2-for-4 with two doubles, driving in one run and scoring twice. Trinity Kennemer (Metro State University of Denver) added a 2-for-3 performance with a triple and a double, scoring three times. After falling behind early, La Crosse responded with a three-run second inning and stayed within striking distance before sealing the win with a two-run seventh-inning walk-off rally. Rachel Mori (UNC-Pembroke) delivered the game-winning run, going 1-for-2 on the day. Makayla Etling (UNC-Pembroke) went 3-for-4 with a triple and a double, driving in one run and scoring twice. Reagon Proud (Upper Iowa University) finished 1-for-3 with a triple and two RBI. For Mankato, Addie Garr (Augustana College (IL)) was perfect at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a solo home run and an RBI double, scoring twice. Alexis Duke (Augustana College (IL)) added a 3-for-4 performance with a solo home run. Josie Brudos (Winona State University) earned the win, throwing two scoreless innings with one strikeout while allowing one hit.

Madison 13, Minot 5 (Sweep)

The Night Mares completed the sweep in dominant fashion, rolling to a 13–5 win over the Honeybees behind a steady offensive attack from start to finish. Madison built an early lead and never looked back, adding consistent scoring throughout the game before pulling away late to seal the victory. Gretta Grassel (Mississippi State University) went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a double, finishing with three RBI and two runs scored. Ava Carroll (University of Washington0) was 3-for-4, scoring three times, driving in one run, and stealing two bases. Mickayla Tosch (Wichita State University) added a 1-for-3 performance with a triple and three RBI. For Minot, Sara Simon (West Liberty University) went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, and Clare Rettler (Carthage College) finished 2-for-4 with two RBI. Ryan Maddox (University of Washington) earned the win, throwing four innings with five strikeouts while allowing nine hits, five runs, and two walks.
