The Spitfires broke the game open with a five-run third inning and never looked back, defeating the Honeybees 10–3. Alex Graham (Weatherford College) went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and three RBI. Ally Hetzel (University of Washington) was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with a double, two RBI, three runs scored, and a stolen base. Shannon Cunningham (San Diego State University) finished 1-for-3 with a double, two RBI, and two runs scored. Mattison Kwarta (San Diego State University) went 2-for-4 with one RBI and two runs scored. Mattison Kwarta (San Diego State University) also earned the win in the circle, pitching six innings while allowing four hits, three runs, and three walks with five strikeouts.

Grand Forks 12, Minot 4

The Spitfires completed the doubleheader sweep over the Honeybees with a 12–4 victory, scoring in six of seven innings to pull away. Ella Dardis (Oregon State University) went 1-for-4 with three RBI and one run scored. Mattison Kwarta (San Diego State University) finished 2-for-4 with three runs scored. Shannon Cunningham (San Diego State University) went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run scored. Emma Peeples (York University (NE)) finished 2-for-4 with one RBI and two runs scored. Sofia Meer (University of Pittsburgh) went 1-for-4 with a double, one RBI, and two runs scored. For Minot, Sara Simon (West Liberty University) went 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI, and one run scored. Jill Halas (New College of Florida) finished 2-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored. Madison Wihlm (North Dakota State University) earned the win, pitching 6.1 innings while allowing 10 hits, four runs, and three walks with four strikeouts.
