Willmar, MN – June 21, 2014.  The Madison Mallards (14-9) doubleheader against the Willmar Stingers (16-5) has been postponed due to continued unplayable field conditions. The Willmar area has had record rainfall and the playing surface at Bill Taunton Stadium is unplayable as standing water still sits on areas of the infield. The rescheduled date for the doubleheader is to be determined.

The Mallards begin a two game series tomorrow against the Alexandria Blue Anchors (4-19) in Alexandria, Minnesota before returning to the “Duck Pond” on Tuesday, June 24th to face the Wisconsin Woodchucks (15-7).

Tuesday night is Boy Scout Night and will feature a Zimbrick Honda LEGO Giveaway. There will also be a UW Health Sports Medicine Developing Healthy Off-Speed Pitching Mechanics Clinic from 9 am – 12 pm.

Mallards single game tickets are on-sale now. To purchase tickets, log on to MallardsBaseball.com, call 608-246- 4277, or stop by the Mallards ticket office.
