The Madison Mallards Ducktoberfest has expanded to a two-day event with the introduction of Wisconsin’s Largest Beer Dinner presented by the Wisconsin Brewing Company. On Friday October 3rd, the Mallards and Wisconsin Brewing Company will feature a delectable pairing of WBC beers with commentary from WBC Brewmaster Kirby Nelson matched with a menu of unique German food offerings prepared by Mallards executive chef Tristan Straub. Wisconsin’s Largest Beer Dinner will take place in an Oktoberfest themed tent in centerfield of the Duck Pond and will start at 6 pm with a social hour featuring a complimentary WBC pint and homemade pretzel bites and an assortment of mustards. The dinner starts at 7 pm and will feature a festive Oktoberfest themed event with live polka music, interactive games and homemade German food with a Mallards twist.
