Game Day Applications Available Now

The Madison Mallards are looking for qualified, customer service oriented, and outgoing individuals to work at the Duck Pond during our 2015 baseball season.  Each summer the Mallards employ over 300 part-time staff for various roles around the ballpark. If interested, please fill out the application provided below and come to one of the following remaining interview times:

Wednesday, April 15th (4pm – 7pm) 

We ask that you complete our online application process prior to the interview days. Interviews are open to the public and no reservations are necessary. They will be held at the ballpark (2920 N. Sherman Ave.) and signage will direct you where to go upon arrival. ​ The Madison Mallards are an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.

– Ushers
– Fan Zone
– Souvenirs/Merchandise
– Vendors
– Hospitality Servers
– Concessions
   – Grillers
   – Runners
   – Cashiers
   – Dishwashers
   – Duck Blind
 
Required Skills:

All Mallards employees are expected to be available to work all 36 homes games each season and must be available for two large scale catering events held on Saturday, July 18th and Tuesday, September 1st. Good communication and customer service skills are a must. The ideal part-time employee arrives at the park on time with a positive attitude and it willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure that our fans have the best possible experience at the Duck Pond.
