AlternateJerseyPRMadison, Wis.  For the past few months, the Madison Mallards have been working with Madison Area Middle School students in hopes to find an artistic design for the 2015 alternate jersey.   The Mallards received over 125 submissions from eight different schools throughout the Madison area.

After taking all designs into consideration, the Mallards are proud to announce a winner.  Hannah Wirag from River Bluff Middle School in Stoughton is this year’s contest winner.  The Mallards will work with Hannah’s submission to design a final product.  The actual jersey design will be released at a later time.

The Mallards will be wearing Hannah’s jersey on Tuesday, June 9th at 6:35 pm against the Green Bay Bullfrogs.  Hannah has been given the opportunity to throw out the first pitch to that night’s game as well as tickets to share with her family and friends.  Hannah will also be given her very own alternate jersey.  During the game the Mallards will hold a silent auction for the jerseys with proceeds from the auction going to River Bluff Middle School.

Mallards season ticket and group packages are on-sale now!  To purchase please contact the Mallards ticket office at 608-246-4277 or email at info@mallardsbaseball.com.
