The Madison Mallards are excited to announce the return of public address announcer Aaron Sims along with the addition of new radio commentator Ben Larson for the 2007 season.
Sims enters his fourth year with the Mallards and will once again handle in-stadium announcing duties for all Mallards home games. He will no longer call the team’s road games on the radio.
Ben Larson steps into the play-by-play announcing role for all 68 Mallards games on Madison’s Sports Radio 100.5 FM this season. Larson is the former host of Sports Talk on WTDY and currently reads sports segments each morning on 94.1 WJJO.
Current and former Green Bay Packers will take on firefighters in a softball game this Saturday, May 12 at Warner Park. General admission tickets cost 15.83 and are going fast! Tickets for the Great Dane Duck Blind and suites are unavailable for this event. Proceeds go to the Professional Firefighters of Wisconsin. The game will begin at 3:00 p.m. with gates opening at 2:00 p.m.
