Maynard’s Dozen FAQ’s
- How/When do I redeem my vouchers?
- In late winter/early spring the Mallards staff will send out a notification to all Maynard’s Dozen customers notifying them of the timeline and procedure for redeeming your vouchers.
- This redemption process will happen before our individual tickets are available for purchase!
- The redemption process will include the options of doing so online, over the phone with you rep or in person at the Mallards office. Please note that redemption is based on availability.
- What can the vouchers be redeemed for?
- The MD vouchers can be redeemed for any 2023 Mallards home game grandstand seat, based on availability and the seating category you selected at the time of purchase (Terrace or Dugout).
- Can I share my tickets with others?
- The tickets can be shared, but the discounts and kid zone access are not transferable.
- What is all included in the Maynard’s Dozen?
- 13 Ticket Vouchers to redeem for the game or games of your choice
- 2 Mallards Hats
- Unlimited admission to the Kids Zone!
- Four Beverage Vouchers
- 20% Savings on ALL concession purchases
- 20% Savings at the Team Store

- Do I get to pick my seats?
- You will have access to choosing your specific seats and games. Please note this is based on availability.
- How do the concession & team store discounts work?
- You will be given an identification card that you will present at the point of purchase. This card is not transferable.
- What if I am giving this package as a holiday gift and would like to present something to the recipient?
- Ask your ticket representative who can provide you with a certificate or other item for you to present to your recipient. You will have access to your ticket representative who can assist you with any questions you may have. If you purchase this package online a rep will reach out to you via email and/or the phone to confirm your order.
