How Do I get the Teeth Whitening?
Every fan who signs up at a game or fills out the form bellow will be entered to win! Our team will contact you to make sure you’ve booked your teeth whitening appointment before the end of June so that we can raise money for Smiles for Life and brighten kids smiles.
The Winner
When will I know if I’ve won?
We will contact the winner by June 23rd and will schedule the payment for the FREE teeth whitening courtesy of Kemmet Dental Design.
All entrants must have a teeth whitening appointment booked prior to the end of June to be eligible to win.
For Charity
Where does the money raised go?
All proceeds raised during the month of June will go directly to charity. Half of the money raised will go to Smiles for Life to help brighten the smiles of kids in need around the world and the other half will be donated to a local organization selected by Kemmet Dental Design!
