During warm-ups, practices, special events, and the game, baseballs and bats and fragments thereof may rapidly leave the field of play and enter the stands and surrounding areas. Please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings. Any customer concerned with his or her seat location should contact a customer service representative for an alternate seat. The bearer of this ticket assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively) all dangers arising from thrown or batted balls, bats, fragments thereof, and other objects or promotional items leaving the field of play, and agrees the Minot Hot Tots,Minot Baseball LLC,  and Northwoods League, Inc. and any participating clubs, coaches, players, or any other associated individuals or entities, are not liable for any injuries or loss of personal property resulting from such causes. The holder of this ticket also agrees to allow the Minot Hot Tots and Northwoods League, Inc. to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes. No outside food or beverages allowed into Corbett Field.

RAIN POLICY
If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning or prior to the gates opening, all tickets can be redeemed to that specific rescheduled game. If the rainout occurs 2 hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much game has been played, all Group Areas featuring all-inclusive food/beverage will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a non-all-inclusive ticket for that specific rescheduled game. If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required 5 innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office.
