Spitters, Growlers Postponed
Kalamazoo, MI – Tonight’s scheduled Great Lakes Division series game at Homer Stryker Field between the Traverse City Pit Spitters and the Kalamazoo Growlers was postponed in the top of the fourth inning due to inclement weather.
Monday’s game will resume on Tuesday, at 4:35PM. The game will pick up during the top of the fourth inning, with Colin Summerhill on second base, and the Growlers leading 14-5. If the Pit Spitters are to lose the remainder of the game, game three of the series will be played 30 minutes after the conclusion of the second game. The rainout is the second of the Pit Spitters 2023 season.
