Thank you for your interest in the Traverse City Pit Spitters Reading Club! We look forward to working with you to get students excited about reading.

The Reading Club is an incentive-based program for children between the grade levels of kindergarten and eighth grade, facilitated by the Traverse City Pit Spitters. The Pit Spitters provide all support materials to schools at no cost to promote reading through the month of March, for National Reading Month. Students who complete the reading objective of 15 minutes per day receive ONE FREE ticket voucher and have the opportunity to attend a Traverse City Pit Spitters home game for FREE!
