WILLMAR, MN- The Willmar Stingers of the Northwoods League and Van Engen Wealth Management have announced the return of the Dream Team promotion for the 2012 season.  Youth baseball and softball teams will have the opportunity to experience Bill Taunton Stadium and a Stingers home game in a unique way courtesy of Van Engen Wealth Management.    An area youth baseball or softball team will have an opportunity to be introduced on the field with the Willmar Stingers starting lineup.  Each youth team member will be announced over the public address system and will join a Stingers player on the foul line and remain next to the player for the National Anthem. Each team member will also receive a Van Engen Dream Team baseball, game ticket and a concession voucher.

“We are proud to announce the renewed partnership with Brian Van Engen and Van Engen Wealth Management,” said Stingers Co-Owner Marc Jerzak.  “The Van Engen Wealth Management Dream Team Program will once again give area youth an opportunity to experience Stingers Baseball on a whole new level,” added Jerzak.

The Van Engen Wealth Management Dream Team Program is available to youth teams between the ages of 6 to 14.  “We are excited to offer the Dream Team program again this season to youth teams in our community,” said Brian Van Engen, President of Van Engen Wealth Management.   “Stingers games are a tremendous way to spend time with family and friends and the Dream Team program will provide some great memories for kids in the area.”

Youth teams that would like to participate in the Van Engen Wealth Management Dream Team program are encouraged to call the Stingers office at 320 222 2010 to sign up.  No fee is required, but a limited number of nights are available.  The Van Engen Wealth Management Dream Team is available during the following Stingers home games:  
May 31, June 6, June 7, July 12, July 15, July 16, July 19, July 26, July 30, Aug 7, Aug 9 and Aug 12.

The Stingers are members of the largest summer collegiate league in the country.
