Rafters and Mallards Game Postponed Due to Rain

Game will be rescheduled for a double-header on June 29th

Wisconsin Rapids, WI. – Due to heavy rain, the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and Madison Mallards were forced to postpone tonight’s (June 12th) game. The Rafters and Mallards will make up tonight’s game on Thursday, June 29th as part of a doubleheader.

The first game of the doubleheader will begin at 5:05 and will be a 7-inning game, making up the June 12th postponed event.  The regularly scheduled game on June 29th will begin 30 minutes following the completion of the make-up game and will be Fey Printing Military Appreciation Night, with the rafters donning patriotic jerseys to be auctioned off to benefit the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. One ticket will be good for both games of the doubleheader.

If you have a ticket for the regularly scheduled game on June 29th, your ticket will allow you to occupy your seat for both games of the doubleheader. All fans with tickets for the June 12th game will be able to exchange their unused tickets to any remaining game during the 2017 regular season, based on availability.

All Rafters 9 Game Pack, Solarus Founders Club, Point Craft River, and Home Plate club tickets from June 12th, can be exchanged out for any ticket for any remaining regular season game with the all-you-can-eat and drink amenities that are normally included in the ticket price.

All Rafters 9 Pack, Solarus Founders Club, and Home Plate Club tickets for the June 29th game will receive all-you-can-eat amenities from the first pitch of game one (5:05) through the end of the 5th inning of the second game of the doubleheader.

If you had group tickets to the Aspirus pre-game picnic on June 12th, you can pick up a new ticket for the re-scheduled (TBD) picnic date at the Aspirus Riverview Hospital front desk.

The Rafters will resume their 2017 schedule tomorrow against the Green Bay Bullfrogs at Joannes Stadium before returning home on Wednesday, June 14th for Hunger Coalition Food Sculpture Event “United We Can”, sponsored by United Way. Gates will open at 6:05 with the game schedule for 7:05.
