Season Ticket Package Holders and General Fans Can Continue to Reserve playoff packages as well

Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. – The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are headed back to the Northwoods League Playoffs after clinching the first-half Northwoods League South Division Championship. By winning the first-half division, the Rafters are guaranteed to host a home playoff game at Witter Field on Monday, August 14th at 7:05.  Existing full season ticket, Solarus Founders Club, 9 Game Pack and Home Plate Club ticket holders can still reserve tickets now for all four potential home postseason games, based on availability. Specific seating for partial ticket plans is determined based on the date the playoff request form was returned to the Rafters ticket office.

By capturing the first half division title, the Rafters clinch home field advantage for the first game of the Northwoods League Divisional Playoffs round. The first two divisional round games are single elimination and the winner of the first and second half of the season will host the teams in the division with the next two best overall records. If the Rafters advance past the first game of the Northwoods League Divisional Playoffs, they would play again Tuesday, August 15th with the location to be determined. Both of the first two games are single elimination contests. If the Rafters were to win the second game, they would advance to the best-of-three Summer Collegiate World Series, August 16th-18th.

Any package holders that would like to add additional tickets beyond their regular seats may do so and will be accommodated on a first-come, first serve basis. Ticket purchases for games that are not played will be credited towards 2017 ticket packages or will be provided a cash refund.
