Kids event to be held from 10am until noon at Witter Field

 

Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. -The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters and Riverview Hospital have teamed up to present “Kids Day” at Witter Field on Friday, June 12th.  The event will be held from 10 am until 12 pm and will also include a bleacher ticket to that night’s game when the Rafters take on the Battle Creek Bombers at 7:05 pm.

Rafters players and coaches will be on hand for the event, which will also include a flurry of activities around the ballpark and a lunch provided by the Rafters.  Lunch will include a hot dog, bag of chips, fresh fruit cup, and fountain soda.

Tickets for Kids day can be purchased by contacting the Rafters front office at (715) 424-5400 or by stopping by Witter Field from 9am-5pm daily.  Eight dollars gets you admission into the event, lunch and game ticket for the June 12th game.

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are a member of the finest developmental league for elite college baseball players, the Northwoods League.
