Thunder Bay 7, Duluth 5 (5 Wins)
The Border Cats rallied late to defeat the Huskies 7–5, scoring five runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to erase a two-run deficit and seize control. Thunder Bay overcame an 11-hit effort from Duluth and used timely hitting in the late innings to complete the comeback victory. Hayden Crites (Jacksonville State) delivered the biggest hit of the game, going 1-for-1 with a pinch-hit triple that drove in three runs and scored once. Lincoln Pack (Pensacola State CC (FL)) went 2-for-6 with a double, driving in one run, and scoring twice. For Duluth, Jalen Smith (Barry) went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and two RBI. Brayden Smith (Skyline (CA) CC) finished 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run scored,, and a stolen base.
