Battle Creek Bombers mascot Moe Skeeter spent this Friday helping local senior citizens and Northoods League baseball fans shovel their driveways.

When he’s not cheering on the Bombers and entertaining the crowd at C.O. Brown Stadium, Moe Skeeter keeps busy around Battle Creek, participating in local charity events, fundraisers, parades, store appearances and local sporting events.

The Battle Creek Bombers play in the Northwoods League, a summer collegiate wooden bat circuit attracting some of the top players in the nation. The Bombers open their seventh season in Battle Creek on May 28, when they host the defending champion La Crosse Loggers.
