Rochester, Minn (June 28th, 2013)–Unfortunately, weather headlined Friday night as teams battled through delays and sloppy conditions to get their games in. On the bright side, the league got almost all of its games in, aside from Willmar vs. Duluth, which has been rescheduled to July 2nd at 5:05.

In the games that did get completed, the Lakeshore Chinooks and La Crosse Loggers faced off in a battle for control of first place in the South. With a 4-3 victory, the Loggers won and moved into a first-place tie with the Madison Mallards, who were also victors.

The postponement in Duluth helped out the Waterloo Bucks, who won against Thunder Bay and now have a full game lead on the second place Stingers.
