The biggest fireworks came from the La Crosse Loggers and Bismarck Larks, who combined for 37 runs in a pair of offensive showcases, while the Badlands Big Sticks and Waterloo Bucks delivered thrilling extra-inning victories. Meanwhile, the Richmond Flying Mummies earned the first win in franchise history, and the Mankato MoonDogs continued their dominant start with another shutout victory.

Traverse City 7, Kalamazoo 5

The Traverse City Pit Spitters broke open a tight game with four runs in the seventh inning and held off a late push from the Kalamazoo Growlers to secure a 7–5 victory. Ethan Guerra (University of Arizona) went 1-for-2 with two RBIs, a run scored, and a stolen base, while Caleb Mallory (Glen Oaks CC) added two more RBIs. Nathan Webb (Columbus State University) scored twice and swiped a base, and Cody Freitas (John A. Logan CC) went 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored. Battle Creek 1, Royal Oak 0

The Battle Creek Battle Jacks scratched across the game’s only run in the third inning and made it stand in a 1–0 pitchers’ duel over the Royal Oak Leprechauns. Sonnier Moses (Prairie View A&M University) drove in the lone run for Battle Creek, finishing 1-for-4 at the plate, while Brendan Thompson (Cal State Bakersfield) went 1-for-3 with a double. Abel Ortiz (Coppin State University) earned the win with two scoreless innings and three strikeouts, allowing just one hit and one walk. Richmond 11, Lakeshore 6

The Richmond Flying Mummies erupted for seven runs over the first two innings and never looked back, defeating the Lakeshore Chinooks 11–6 to secure the franchise’s first victory in team history. Eric Fernandez (University of Louisiana-Lafayette) added a 3-for-5 performance with an RBI and a run scored, and Zach Novakowski (Ramapo College) finished 2-for-5 with a double, two RBIs, and a run scored. Caden Crask-Weeks (Drury University) earned the win for Green Bay, tossing five innings with five strikeouts while allowing one run on two hits and three walks.

Badlands 13, Minot 12

The Badlands Big Sticks outlasted the Minot Hot Tots in an 11-inning thriller, erupting late to secure a wild 13–12 comeback victory. Cameron Uzzillia (Central Florida CC) capitalized with runners on, driving in four runs in a 1-for-4 performance while scoring once. Evan Abbott (Emporia State University) went 3-for-4 with a triple, one RBI, two runs scored, and a stolen base. Jaden Rose (Florida Gulf Coast University) was perfect at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base, while Cole Lockwood (Valparaiso University) went 1-for-1 with an RBI and three walks. Brady Blake (Kirkwood CC) scored twice and collected two stolen bases, while Thomas Googins (Princeton University) went 2-for-5 with a run scored and a stolen base.
