Our mascot appearances are family-friendly, interactive and memorable — Harley brings energy, smiles, and plenty of photo worthy moments!

Mascot Appearance Request Guidelines

• All appearances must be within a 20 mile radius of Wade Stadium
• Must have a safe, clean changing area onsite
• Standard appearances are no longer than one (1) hour long.
  • Longer sessions considered upon request
• Weather Note: Harley cannot be outside in wet or stormy weather conditions, and appearances may be shortened or canceled based on the weather forecast and available accommodations.
• We recommend booking appearances at least four (4) weeks prior to event date
  • All appearances are on a first-come, first-serve basis
