I was raised in Cloquet, MN and have been living in Duluth for about three years now. I graduated from Lake Superior College with an Associate’s Degree and Certificate in Media Studies and Production. Beginning with cameras last year at the Huskies games and then throughout the winter working for the UMD Bulldogs hockey teams, I have learned how to adapt to different sports environments, improve my ability to capture key moments and work efficiently under fast paced conditions. My hobbies include: making jewelry, biking and video games.

Broadcasting

Shay Moloney

A sports journalism major at Arizona State University pursuing play-by-play broadcasting. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, I grew up playing and watching all kinds of sports, and wanted to pick a career in which I could remain immersed in that love. Baseball is by far my favorite sport to watch and call, so I’m thrilled to begin my first season with the Huskies as part of the broadcast team.

John Banks-George is a sports broadcaster and a broadcast journalism student at the University of Missouri. Born outside St. Louis, Missouri, and living for a decade in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Banks-George fell in love with baseball playing Little League and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.
