Minot, ND – The Minot Hot Tots are pleased to announce the addition of two new front office team members: Dylan Hocking and Caroline Smith. With their strong backgrounds and expertise, they are poised to enhance the team’s operations and deepen community connections as we continue to grow.
Dylan Hocking: Director of Business Development & Managing Partner
Dylan joins the Hot Tots as the Director of Business Development and Managing Partner, bringing a decade of experience in sales and communication. Originally from Eagle River, Alaska, Dylan has spent most of his life in Bismarck before moving to Minot 2 years ago. Not a stranger to the organization, Dylan has been a familiar face as the public address announcer since the Hot Tots’ inaugural season.
Dylan is happily married to Monica, the team’s General Manager, and they share their home with two beloved dogs. He expresses his excitement about being part of the Minot Hot Tots family, where he aims to give back to the community and foster pride among fans. “I’m looking forward to helping our fans grow their Hot Tot pride and showcasing the magic of Minot that brought me here,” Dylan shares. His enthusiasm and commitment will play a critical role in the leadership and success of the Hot Tots.
Caroline Smith: Content and Social Media Marketing Manager
Joining the team as the Content and Social Media Marketing Manager, Caroline Smith hails from Atlanta, Georgia. She recently relocated to Minot with her husband, who serves as a Nuclear Missile Officer in the United States Air Force. Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, where she discovered her passion for the sports industry.
Before moving to Minot, Caroline spent two years in Jupiter, Florida, working in the golf industry as a Communications Coordinator with the South Florida PGA. Her time there allowed her to hone her skills in content creation and digital storytelling. Caroline shared her enthusiasm, saying, “I’m thrilled to join the Minot community! I look forward to creating engaging content that connects with our fans and brings even more excitement to Corbett Field.”
As the Minot Hot Tots embrace these new roles, the entire staff is excited about the fresh perspectives Dylan and Caroline will bring. Their contributions are sure to enhance the team’s operations and community engagement efforts.
