Another big game is set to happen at Corbett Field as the Mankato Moondogs visit the Minot Hot Tots. Today starts a two game series that will be the final two meetings between Mankato and Minot this season. The Moondogs hold a 7-3 season advantage.

Tots’ head coach, Brian Lewis, is confident that his team can hang with Mankato. The Moondogs are second in the Great Plains West second half standings. However, they are 1-1 versus the Hot Tots. After the Moondogs went four-for-four at Corbett Field in the first two weeks, the two teams have split their next six games.

Gray St. Amant is making his home debut today. Coach Lewis says that if he can keep walks to a minimum, this game will be well within reach.

The Hot Tots and Moondogs face-off at 6:35. Come to the ballpark or tune into the broadcast on NWL+.
