HOT TOTS ANNOUNCE NEW TEACHER OF THE YEAR PROMOTION
It’s time to get slimed – nominate your favorite teacher for a fun filled community recognition
MINOT, ND — The Minot Hot Tots and McDonald’s are teaming up to give local teachers the “star treatment”—with a messy, Kids’ Choice Awards-style twist. Nominations are now officially open for the Kids’ Choice Awards: Teacher Edition.
To participate, students can nominate their favorite teacher through the Hot Tots website. McDonald’s and the Hot Tots are honoring teachers in multiple ways:
- The First 50 Nominees: Receive a free ticket to McDonald’s Teacher Appreciation Night at Corbett Field on June 4th and special recognition during the game.
- The Finalists: A select group of finalists will receive an in-school visit from Hot Tots mascot Tate R. Tot, who will “slime” the teachers in classic awards-show fashion. Finalists also receive a Hot Tots jersey and two tickets to the June 4th game. The finalists will be interviewed and recognized by KMOT.
- The Grand Prize Winner: One standout educator will be awarded free coffee for a year and a party for their classroom courtesy of McDonalds. Plus, a $250 school supply gift card from the Hot Tots along with a VIP game-day experience including a private autograph session with the team.
Nominations are limited to the first 50 entries. Parents and students can find the nomination form at: https://northwoodsleague.com/minot-hot-tots/kids-choice-awards-teacher-edition/
