Monica Hocking is currently in her fourth season as the General Manager of the Minot Hot Tots and her third season in the role of General Manager for the Minot Honeybees Northwoods League team. Originally from Papillion, Nebraska, Monica moved to North Dakota in 2019 to join the Bismarck Larks baseball team, also part of the Northwoods League.

Dylan is the Director of Business Development and Managing Partner for the Minot Hot Tots, bringing over a decade of sales and communication experience. Originally from Eagle River, Alaska, he has spent most of his life in Bismarck and has been the public address announcer since the Hot Tots’ inaugural season.

Katelyn Lund
Katelyn is beginning her second season as the Marketing Manager with the Hot Tots & Honeybees. Raised in a military family, Katelyn first moved to Minot at 16 and has been back and forth from the Magic City ever since. If you see her filming content or taking pictures at Corbett this summer, make sure to say “hi” (and then say “cheese”).

Jolie Rothenberger is entering her first season with the Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees as the Partnership Activation Manager. Originally from Pleasanton, Kansas, Jolie joined the team as an intern during the 2025 season, where her dedication and passion led to a full-time position. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.

Mikey Kogan
Michael Joins the Hot Tots and Honeybees as the Corporate Sales Manager, bringing a strong passion for sports business and community engagement to the organization. Originally from Hawthorn Woods, Illinois, Michael is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management.
Michael is already familiar with the Hot Tots family, having served as Ticket Sales Intern for both the Hot Tots and Honeybees during the 2025 season. That experience fueled his enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships and creating memorable game day experiences, skills he now brings to his full-time role.
“I look forward to strengthening partnerships, fostering community connections, and helping more fans experience the excitement of Hot Tots baseball and Honeybees softball,” Michael shares.

Sam Kuntz
Sam Kuntz is in his first season with the Minot Hot Tots & Honeybees. He was an intern with us in the 2023 Inaugural Season and has now been hired as our team’s Community Sales Manager. He was born and raised here in Minot and is a recent graduate from the University of North Dakota with a Major in Management & Marketing and a Minor in Sports Business.

Dr. Paul Pearson
Dr. Paul Pearson, DC graduated with highest honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is a Minot native and is excited to be back in North Dakota. Dr. Paul spent a year in the rehabilitation and sports injury department treating patients while at Palmer.
He is certified in many soft tissue therapies such as Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) and Graston Technique. Dr. Paul is certified in Acupuncture as well. He met his wife at Palmer College and could not be happier to be back in Minot, serving the growing community. He enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife share 3 children together, which keeps them very busy! He also loves being at the lake, golfing, playing tennis and softball in the summer, and on the mountains skiing in the winter months.

John Bollinger
John Bollinger is the Owner and CEO of the Bismarck Larks, Minot Hot Tots, Minot Honeybees and Funatix Events. John’s driving passion is using FUN to make a difference in the lives of fans, businesses, players, employees and communities he serves.
Under John’s direction, the Bismarck Larks were named Northwoods League Organization of the Year in 2017 and 2018 and were named one of Front Office Sports Top Employers in Sports in 2021. Bollinger was named the 2017 Northwoods League Executive of the Year and in 2020 was named the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year for his and his team’s safe and innovative approach to playing baseball during the pandemic. The Bismarck Larks celebrated the completion of their 7th season in 2023 selling out 97% of all tickets available and have sold out the vast majority of their games since the team’s inception in 2017. In 2019, John started Funatix Events which works with local events such as the Bismarck Marathon, Mandan Rodeo Days, and Dakotah Speedway to maximize the experience for their customers, sponsors, and community. In addition, Funatix Events is an all-inclusive event company helping plan large-scale company picnics, catering events, and custom events like Mac & Cheese Festival.
Before Bismarck, John served as the General Manager of the Kalamazoo Growlers for three seasons. Before the Northwoods League, John worked two years as the Assistant General Manager of the Southern Ohio Copperheads while also attending Ohio University where he received his MBA and Masters in Sports Administration. Previous to that, he worked in ticket sales for the Springfield Cardinals, the AA affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals while he was finishing his undergraduate degree in Entertainment Management at Missouri State University.
Bollinger is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, but now calls Bismarck home with his his wife Marcie, daughters Teddi and Alina, and their two dogs Lillian and Walt. He currently serves on the Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) Board, Mandan Progress Organization (MPO) Board, and Bismarck Marathon Board.

Terry Daffinrud
Terry Daffinrrud is part of the Minot Hot Tots ownership group and graduated from Saint Mary’s High School, Bismarck State College, and the University of Mary, majoring in accounting. He spent his career as a CPA and a business appraiser, both in public accounting practice as well as an executive with AVI Systems.
Terry is married to Janice and together they have four children and 12 grandchildren. Terry has worked hard to add quality family entertainment in Bismarck and Minot and continues to make the areas the best to work, dine and play.

GLENN BOSCH

Glenn Bosch
Glenn Bosch, one of the Minot Hot Tots owners, is a lifetime Bismarck resident and a graduate of Century High School and Bismarck State College. Glenn and his wife, Julie, has three children and four grandchildren.
Growing up in Bismarck, Glenn spent his summers playing baseball and was a member of the Bismarck Governors. Today, Glenn has retired from his 35-year career in the technology industry and is involved with numerous groups and organizations throughout our community. He serves Bismarck’s District 30 in the North Dakota House of Representatives.

Bryan Vibeto
Bryan Vibeto is one of the team owners for the Minot Hot Tots. Bryan grew up playing youth baseball in Minot and was a member of the Minot Vistas. He attended Minot High School, UND-Williston, NDSU, University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Orthodontics. He is the owner/operator of Vibeto Orthodontics LLC in Minot.
Bryan is married to Amber and together they have three daughters. Family and community are fundamental to Bryan.

JARID LUNDEEN

Jarid Lundeen
Jarid Lundeen graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management in 1997.
He started managing Trusted Tire & Auto Total Car Care with his father in April 2000 and is now the owner.
Jarid is a member of Minot’s Rotary club, North Central Tires Dealers Board of Directors, Honorary Commander US Air Force 5th Communication Squadron, Former President and Founding Member of Minot’s Young Professional Network, United Way President 2013, Cub Scouts Pack leader, coach for youth sports and many other worthy causes. Married to wife Lynn and they have six children together. Jarid is one of the team owners of the Minot Hot Tots.
