Our ticket pick up event will be in the spring, usually about a month
before the season begins! You will receive an invite to this via email so that
you can come get your tickets, hats, and pick out your jersey size(s). This
usually takes place over an entire weekend so you can pick up at a time
that suits you.

Every one of your Hot Dish tickets includes 2 hours of all you can eat food and
soda/water/lemonade. This buffet is in the large Scheels tent on the 3rd base side. The
buffet begins when gates open and stays open for 2 hours. Head to the tent with your
wristband and the staff member in the Hot Tots & Honeybees shirt will give you your
wristband to enter the buffet. (any kiddos can also show this wristband at the family fun
zone to get in for free!)

That is no problem! You can swap your tickets around as much as you need to and move
them into whatever game you would like (pending availability). They’re your tickets, you can
flex them around however you want! All you need to do is text, email, or call your awesome
ticket representative at least 24 hours before the game you are swapping OUT of.
You may swap IN to a game the day of as long as there is available seating.

Another awesome perk of being a Hot Dish member is that you can add additional Hot
Dish member tickets that include the same all you can eat buffet at $26 per ticket! All you have to do is call, email, text and let us know how many hot dish tickets you need to add and for what game(s).

At this time, the buffet is only available with the purchase of a 5 Pack! We do this to ensure that we have the right amount of food prepared for each guest on game day.
