WILLMAR, Minn. – The Stingers dropped game two of the home-and-home series against Mankato at Bill Taunton Stadium Tuesday evening.

Mankato started by scoring two runs in the first inning. Moments later, the Stingers countered by scoring three in the bottom half, capped by Nolan Bumstead's (CS-Northridge) first home run of the season.

His home run drove in the second and third runs of the day for Willmar. It was the third Stingers' home run of the season, all of which have been hit at home.
