Duluth,. Minn.- Coming off of three straight losses the Willmar Stingers turned things around in an exciting game in Duluth Saturday night.

Early on after one inning of play the Stingers found themselves trailing the Huskies 5-2. A situation similar to that of the night before in which Willmar jumped in front and then failed to maintain the lead in the first.

But everything would turn out differently for the stingers, scoring three unanswered runs  and forcing extra innings for the second time this season.

The game winning run came in the 10th, when Keanu Dizor (San Diego Mesa) drove in a run on a fielders choice that he just beat out at first base. If Dizor had been called out the game would have remained tied.

Tyler Reichenborn (Iowa Western) scored the game winning run, he also had an amazing game. Reichenborn had three hits including two triples.

Willmar snaps out of their mini three game slide, winning in 10, 6-5.
