Stingers Outfielder Sean Rimmer (University of Hawaii) was added to the Great Plains West All-Star Team. Rimmer will be one of six total Stingers that will be in Bismarck, ND to take part in the All-Star game festivities.

This season, Rimmer has a .254 batting average and is second on the Willmar roster in long balls with seven who sits three behind fellow Great Plains West teammate in Kevin Fitzer (California State University Northridge).

Rimmer was named to the Big West Commissioners Honor Roll and posted a .333 batting average at the University of Hawaii under Rainbow Warrior Graduate Assistant and current Stinger Manager Freddy Smith. Before Hawaii, Rimmer spent two seasons at Brigham Young University where he rotated between DH and the outfield as a utility player.
