While the season didn’t end with the ultimate goal of a Northwoods League championship, year No. 14 of Willmar Stingers baseball proved to be a successful one.

None of that success would be obtained this season without all of you making your way out to Bill Taunton Stadium every night to passionately cheer on your Stingers.

For the first time in team history, we were able to clinch both the Great Plains West first half and second half title.

We were fortunate enough to be able to celebrate those moments and many more throughout the season with all of you.

From the front office to the internship staff and finally all the coaches and players, we thank you for accepting us as part of the Willmar community.

We look forward to returning better than ever next season where we hope to celebrate a championship in the near future.
