Huskies Game Postponed Due to Field Conditions

(Duluth, MN) — Tonight’s scheduled game against the Alexandria Blue Anchors has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions at Wade Stadium.

The game is rescheduled as a double header tomorrow, with the first 7-inning game starting at 5:05pm and the second starting 30 minutes after completion.

A valuable training ground for coaches, umpires and front office staff, more than 115 Northwoods League players have advanced to Major League Baseball, including Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer (DET) and MLB All-Stars Chris Sale (CWS), Jordan Zimmermann (WAS), Curtis Granderson (NYM), Allen Craig (STL) and Ben Zobrist (TB).
