The Duluth Huskies announced today the additions of RHP Wade Regas (Texas Wesleyan), LHP Drew Mullinax (Montevallo), and INF/C Matt Brown (Jefferson College) to the 2016 roster.

Wade Regas, a native of Red Oak, TX, is currently competing in his junior season at Texas Wesleyan. The righty has made 27 appearances for the Rams so far this season and has racked up 33 strike outs over 43 innings of work. Wade has posted a 2.51 ERA and held opposing batters to a .206 average. Before Wesleyan, he played at Frank Phillips College and helped the team to consecutive Region Tournament appearances.

Matt Brown is currently a sophomore at Jefferson College. The St. Louis, MO native has appeared in 56 games this season for the Vikings. The infielder/catcher led the team in both home runs (15) and RBIs (65). Matt also held a batting average of .378 which was second on the squad.

Drew Mullinax, a native of Rainbow City, AL, is competing in his sophomore campaign with Montevallo. The lefty has appeared in 17 games including 3 starts. Drew has struck out 20 batters over 29 innings of work.

The Huskies open the 2016 season on the road and return to Wade Stadium on Saturday, June 4th for their home opener against the Mankato MoonDogs.
