Coming off a pitching duel last night in St. Cloud, the Huskies looked to take two in a row in the second game of a home and home duel. Nick Scheidler (UCLA) was on point through four innings of play with three strikeouts and only allowing one hit and zero runs.

Both Starters worked fast and efficient, only allowing one hit for both clubs. That’s when the weather hit, a downpour caused the game to be delayed. The two-hour rain delay eventually turned into the game being suspended in the top of the fifth inning.
The game will be continued and finished to nine innings on July 29 starting at 6:05 in St. Cloud. The next game that night will be a seven-inning game. Up next for the Huskies is a two-game home series against the Mankato Moon dogs. First pitch is at 6:35.
