Duluth Huskies Acquire Two More Players

Stout and Sehnert Make Roster Just Before Season Opener

Duluth Minn.—The Duluth Huskies Baseball club added two more players for the 2018 season.  They are Andrew Stout (RHP) from Aurora, Illinois, and Tor Sehnert (OF) from Mcmurray, Pennsylvania.

Andrew Stout is a junior at Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA).  This season with Liberty, he has appeared in eight games, with one start.  He’s posted a 6.11 ERA in 17.2 innings pitched.  In those 17 innings he as waved an impressive 20 batters.

Tor Sehnert is a freshman at Coastal Carolina University (Conway, SC).  He is hitting .333 at the plate in 12 games played.  He has gotten four hits in 12 at-bats, scoring four times.  He has also recorded one RBI, and walked four times.  With showing patience at the plate and getting some clutch hits, he has also maintained a .500 on-base-percentage.

With these two acquisitions, the Huskies look to solidify both their bullpen and batting lineup.  Stout and Sehnert come to the Huskies just before their season is to begin in a few weeks.  They will be welcomed with open arms, as the Huskies are looking for the best talent to put on the field this summer.

The Huskies open the 2018 season with five road games, but open at Wade Stadium Sunday, June 3rd against the Eau Claire Express.
