We know things happen and schedules change.

All unused tickets are exchangeable for another game in the current season, at no cost. We recommend changing dates at least 24 hours in advance.

Steps:

1.       Realize you can’t make it to a game or already missed one.

2.       Find a new game on the Meijer Zoo Crew Schedule that fits better.

3.       Call/email/fax/text/smoke signal your personal account manager, (269) 492- 9966. OR fill out the form below.

4.       Swap old tickets for new tickets. We must get your old tickets before we can issue new ones.

5.       Show up on your new date.

6.       Have fun.

7.       Tell your friends.

Ticket exchanges will be completed by April 17th.

  • The original date of your tickets
  • The desired date of your tickets
  • Any important notes we should know about like if you would like to try to keep your seats, move sections or upgrade tickets.
