We are looking for difference makers to join our gameday staff team. The flexible hours make it the perfect first job, the easy second job and a job you can enjoy.
But working with us is more than just a job, it’s an experience. As part of our team, we invite you to be yourself, celebrate the good times and enjoy the entertainment, the baseball and the FUN all summer long. Ages 14+ are welcome to apply.
How Do I Apply?
It’s easy to apply. Apply online or print your application at home and drop off at the office.
Interviews
Fill out an application online and a Growlers representative will contact you to schedule an interview.
Interviews will be conducted at the Growlers Front Office, 251 Mills St. Kalamazoo, MI.
Gameday Positions
Food Runner/Wrapper | Grill Cooks | Bartender | Fountain Soda Attendant | Cashiers | Waiters & Waitresses | Parking Attendant | Gate Attendant | Kids Club Attendant | Ushers
Earn up to a $250 bonus if you work 25 or more games any summer.
Disclaimer For All Concessions Positions – The Kalamazoo Growlers are an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. Most positions require standing for extended periods of time in a high-paced and outdoor summer environment with little to no air conditioning. Applicants should be able to lift upwards of 30lbs by themselves and be able to operate in a crowded, fast-paced environment. Position training will be provided by the Kalamazoo Growlers.
