What are the Growlers office hours?

The Growlers front office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. During the season, hours are dependent on game days and non-game days, please call in advance to ensure a staff member will be available to assist.  Most tickets are delivered electronically but can be held at Will Call upon request.

For Saturday and Sunday games, the Box Office will open at 10 a.m. and stay open until the 5th inning.

Where is the ballpark?

The Kalamazoo Growlers play at Homer Stryker Field which is part of Mayors Riverfront Park, located on the outskirts of downtown at 251 Mills St. Kalamazoo, MI 49048.

When do the gates to the stadium open on gameday?

Gates open 1 hour prior to game time. 

Where can I purchase Growlers gear?

The team store is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday as well as on game days. During the game, fans will be able to purchase Growlers gear just past the First Base Grandstand. You can also purchase items here: Growlers Merchandise 

Is any outside food or drink allowed in the park?

No food/coolers/soda is allowed in the stadium. Baby bottles and special food allergy requests are permitted. 

Rain Out or Delay

Games are NEVER canceled more than 2 hours before the game per league rules. Follow team social media sites for updates.

In the unfortunate event that a game is canceled/postponed, it is first posted on our website homepage and through our Facebook and Twitter pages.

WARNING
Anyone holding or using tickets in Homer Stryker Field (1) assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of thrown or batted balls or objects, and (2) agrees the Kalamazoo Growlers; Kalamazoo Baseball, LLC; Kalamazoo Concessions LLC; and the Northwoods League; all clubs, coaches, players, or any other individual or entities, should not be liable for any injuries resulting from the aforesaid causes. The holder of a ticket also agrees to allow the team to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes.

Once tickets are reserved, no refunds will be given. If you have a multiple game ticket package (365-Game Plan, half-season, etc.), your tickets are exchangeable, based on availability, to any home game during the same season.

RAIN POLICY
In the event of bad weather, visit growlersbaseball.com or the team’s social media sites for updates. If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning or prior to the gates opening, all tickets can be redeemed for any other game remaining in the regular season, based on availability. If the rainout occurs 2 hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all Group Areas featuring all-inclusive food/beverage will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a general admission ticket for another game during the 2018 regular season, based on availability. If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required 5 innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office. NOTICE
Management reserves the right, without the refund of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with management rules/directions.

How much is parking, and where do I go to park?

FREE parking will be available for all guests besides Red, White & Boom and 4th of July Fireworks Nights. Accessible parking is available but limited. Please show parking staff your credentials and they will direct you to the designated area.

What is the age minimum to purchase a ticket?

Children 3 and under receive FREE admission to the game, but they do NOT get a seat at the game and must sit on an adult’s lap. 

Do you accept Credit Cards at the Stadium?

We accept all major Credit Cards at all our Concession Stands, Ticket Office and Gift Shop. The ballpark is a cashless facility.

If I leave the stadium, will I be able to re-enter?

If fans wish to exit the stadium, check in with a front gate attendant.

If I am singing the national anthem or throwing out the first pitch, where do I go before the game?

National Anthem, first pitch, etc. will meet at Guest Services 40 minutes prior to game time.
