What are the Growlers office hours?
The Growlers front office hours are typically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. During the season, hours are dependant on game day and non game days, please call in advance to ensure a staff member will be available to assist.  All tickets will be held at Will Call, which is located at the Main Gate entrance in right field. Fans may park in the front parking lot DURING THE DAY and walk up to Will Call.
For Saturday and Sunday games, the Box Office will open at 10 a.m. and stay open through the game.
 
Where is the ballpark?
The Growlers play at Home Stryker Field which is part of Mayors Riverfront Park, located on the outskirts of downtown at 251 Mills St. Kalamazoo, MI 49048.   
 
How do I get tickets?
With recent stadium updates, the total capacity at Homer Stryker Field has dropped from 4,200 seats to just over 3,200 seats in 2016. Weekend dates typically sell out and the only way to guarantee tickets to the top weekend dates are through the team's 5-Game packs, Group Sales, and Season Tickets.
 
Individual Tickets can be purchased over the phone and must be paid in full. No saving, reserving, etc. No exchange for any individual tickets once the game has passed. You can however exchange individual tickets in advance of the game. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for any game during the season based on availability.
 
Ticket prices increase $2 on day of game.
 
The Growlers do offer group tickets (20 or more). A 20% deposit for the tickets is required at the time of purchase. Groups booked less than 2 weeks out must be paid in full at the time of the purchase.
 
Catering is available for four  (Home Plate Club, Suite Seats, Bell's Bear Cave, Miller Lite Party Zone). Flyers with information and prices are available under the "Tickets" tab on our website or in the ticket office.
 
5-Game Packs consist of reserved box or reserved bleacher tickets on our top nights.  These ticket can be combined for one night or traded for a night of your choice (If available). However, the all-inclusive food will be available only at the general concession stands on non 5-game pack nights.
 
When do the gates to the stadium open on gameday?
Gates open 1 hour prior to game time. Tailgating is encouraged but once you enter the stadium, you will not be able to re-enter without special circumstances from the usher at the gate.
Autographs will be given Friday and Saturday during pre game from 6:00-6:30 at the Main Entrance. Autographs will also be given on Sundays after the game.
 
Where can I purchase Growlers gear?
The team store is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday as well as on game days. During the game, fans will be able to puchase Growlers gear just past the First Base Grandstand. You can also purchase items here: Growlers Merchandise
 
Is any outside food or drink allowed in the park?
No food/coolers/soda/water of any kind is allowed in the stadium. Baby bottles will be allowed.
No folding/camping chairs are allowed into the stadium, either. Fans may bring blankets. Strollers are permitted; however, there is no area for storage.
The Growlers offer a complete line of ballpark foods along with numerous unique items.  We offer numerous brews that include both national and local brands to individuals over 21 years of age.
 
Rain??? BUMMER!! But is the game still on?
Games are NEVER cancelled more than 2 hours before the game per league rules.  On the day of the game, weather forecasts are continuously evaluated at the ballpark and all decisions are made as early as possible. The umpires have the final call on whether the game is cancelled or not.
Fans are welcome to check the status of any game, but if you call more than 2 hours before game time you will receive "the game is still on until further notice".
In the unfortunate event that a game is cancelled/postponed, it is first posted on our website homepage and through our Facebook and Twitter pages. Area radio stations are next to be notified and many include updates in their newsbreaks.

WARNING
Anyone holding or using tickets in Homer Stryker Field (1) assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of thrown or batted balls or objects, and (2) agrees the Kalamazoo Growlers; Kalamazoo Baseball, LLC; Kalamazoo Concessions LLC; and the Northwoods League; all clubs, coaches, players, or any other individual or entities, should not be liable for any injuries resulting from the aforesaid causes. The holder of a ticket also agrees to allow the team to reproduce their likeness for promotional purposes.

RAIN POLICY
In the event of bad weather, visit growlersbaseball.com or the team's social media sites for updates. If a game is rained out prior to the conclusion of the 5th inning or prior to the gates opening, all tickets can be redeemed for any other game remaining in the 2017 regular season, based on availability. If the rainout occurs 2 hours after the gates have opened, regardless of how much of the game has been played, all Group Areas featuring all inclusive food/beverage will be considered used in full and can only be redeemed for a general admission ticket for another game during the 2017 regular season, based on availability. If the game is shortened due to rain but has been played beyond the required 5 innings to make it a complete game, all tickets will be considered used and will have no value at the ticket office. NOTICE
Management reserves the right, without the refund of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with management rules/directions.

  
How much is parking, and where do I go to park?
Parking will be FREE for all guest besides July 1 and July 4 game dates. Accessible parking is available but limited. Please show parking staff your credentials and they will direct you to the designated area.  Click this link for more info on parking.
 
What is the age minimum to purchase a ticket?
Children 2 and under receive FREE admission to the game, but they do NOT get a seat at the game and must sit on an adults lap.
 
Do you accept Credit Cards at the Stadium?
We accept all major Credit Cards at all our Concession Stands, Ticket Office and Gift Shop.
 
Where is the shady side of the stadium?
The shady side of the stadium is the first base side.
 
May fans keep baseballs that land in the seating areas?
YES, you may keep any baseball that is thrown or batted into the seating areas.  Fans are encouraged to pay attention at all times to the playing field because baseballs can come your way at any point during or before the game. However, you can exchange that baseball for a free hot dog at the concession stand or a free Growlers souvenir ball.
 
Is smoking permitted at the ballpark?
There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on smoking in the ballpark. If a guest chooses to smoke, they must exit the stadium to the designated smoking area.
 
If I leave the stadium, will I be able to re-enter?
If fans wish to exit the stadium, under only special circumstances an usher will put a mark on the exiting fans hand.  Only fans that have a mark or unscanned ticket will be able to re-enter the gates. 
 
If I am singing the national anthem or throwing out the first pitch, where do I go before the game?
National Anthem, first pitch, etc. will meet at Guest Services about 40 minutes prior to game time.
