Step 1: Choose which 5-game option works best for you
Step 2: Choose how many seats you want
Step 3: Click the yellow “BUY YOUR MEMBERSHIP” button below or fill out the form below and a Growlers representative will call within 24 hours
Step 4: If you clicked the “BUY YOUR MEMBERSHIP” button, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed through the checkout – it’s that simple!
Step 5: Attend the Ticket Pick-Up Event (Date, Time, Location is TBA)

After purchasing , a Growlers Fan Experience Representative will email you within 48 hours to show you the following :

Best Available Plan Options: Remember – you are given a plan (Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, etc.) but you can always swap your games for another available game at least 24 hours prior to first pitch

Seat Options: Our team will recommend the best available to you but you can also recommend sections, seats, etc. and our team will accommodate you on what is available

If 5 games is too many, no problem! The Growlers can adjust the packages to fit exactly the number of seats and games you want. How you might ask? Let’s say a family of 5 that wants to attend two games. We recommend you do one of the following:
Purchase two 5-game packages online (that’s a total of 10 tickets). A Growlers representative will follow up with you within 48 hours to assign seats and at the time notify them of your intention and they will get it switched!
Fill out the form above and describe what you want in the comment section. A Growlers representative will call you within 48 hours to help select your seats and games.
That’s okay! With our Ticket Exchange Program, we can swap out any unused games in your package for another (based on availability) that works for you. What happens is we’ll pre-assign you the best 5 game plan and seats available – but if those don’t work for you, just call us at least 24 hours before first pitch at 269-492-9966 and we’ll swap your games free of charge.
A Growlers representative will contact you after you purchase to let you know what plan you’re in and the dates of the games. If you can’t make it to a date, no worries. Use our Ticket Exchange Program above.
We do use a first-come-first-serve approach when selecting the best available seats for fans. That’s why it’s important to purchase and renew early so you can guarantee yourself the best aisle seats, best seats under the awning, first rows, etc.
The earlier you purchase, the better seats you can secure. We sold out of Meijer Zoo Crew Memberships last summer. Your support helps us use FUN to make a difference in the community. Last year, we were able to donate over $75,000 to local non-profits and community programs, impact over 15,000 kids through our Growlers Reading Program and so much more. Your continued support helps us give back to the community more so now than ever
