| Can I attend all the dates? | Employees are permitted to attend just one of the Bronson Bash dates. |
| Can I only claim 6 tickets? | Yes, each employee can claim up to 6 tickets. However, we realize some families may exceed this limit, and some exceptions may be honored. Please email meeting.event.resources@bronsonhg.org with your request. |
| Is this a free event? | This is a complimentary event courtesy of Bronson Healthcare Group. |
| Is parking free? | Yes, parking is free for everyone. |
| What type of attractions and activities will there be? | There will be a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Some activities include bounce houses, rock wall, live entertainment,yard games, fireworks, prize raffles and much more |
| Are food and drinks included? | Yes, the Bronson Bash is an all-inclusive event; food and beverages will be available throughout the entirety of the event. |

| Will there be vegetarian options available? | Yes, vegetarian options are available on a per-order basis; staff members at the event will be available to assist with these requests. |
| Can I bring in my own food or beverage? | No, outside food, drinks, or coolers are not permitted in the stadium; however, baby bottles and special food allergy requests are allowed. |
| Where is check in? | Check-in will be at the Growlers main entrance gate on Mill Street; directional signage will help you navigate. |
| What if there is inclement weather? | This is a rain-or-shine event. If the weather is severe enough that the event cannot continue we will reschedule the event for a future date TBA. |
| Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? | Printed tickets are preferred. However, you may gain admission by presenting your pdf ticket from your smartphone device. |
| Is beer or alcohol available? | Yes, you can purchase a wristband for $10 for two drinks in the 21+ Adult Lounge area located inside the Oberon Oasis. Only one wristband per person. |
| Will there be handicap accommodations? | Yes, the venue offers ADA accommodations for access to all required areas of the event. |
| Can I bring my pet? | No, pets are not permitted at the Bronson Bash, however registered service animals are allowed. |
| Am I allowed to smoke at the event? | This is a non-smoking event. |
