Q. | What is the Bronson Bash? |
A. | The Bronson Bash is a brand-new fun experience for Bronson employees and family members. This event is open to all ages for you and up to 5 family members*.
*For the purpose of the Bronson Bash, Bronson defines family as any person who plays a significant role in an individual’s life. This includes a person(s) who may not be legally related to the individual such as: spouses, domestic partners, different and same sex significant others and minor children for whom you provide care. |
Q. | Where is the event? |
A. | The event is located where Kalamazoo Growlers play at Homer Stryker Field which is part of Mayors Riverfront Park, located on the outskirts of downtown at 251 Mills St. Kalamazoo, MI 49048. |
Q. | When is the Bronson Bash scheduled? |
A. | There are three separate dates; each employee can choose one date to attend.

Q. | Can I attend all the dates? |
A. | Employees are permitted to attend just one of the Bronson Bash dates. |
Q. | Can I only claim 6 tickets? |
A. | Yes, each employee can claim up to 6 tickets. However, we realize some families may exceed this limit, and some exceptions may be honored. Please email meeting.event.resources@bronsonhg.org with your request. |
Q. | Is parking included? |
A. | Yes, parking is free for everyone. |
Q. | What type of attractions and activities will there be? |
A. | There will be a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Some activities include bounce houses, dunk tanks, live entertainment, cornhole tournament, fireworks, and prize raffles – and more continue to be added. Click here to see the list. |
Q. | Are food and drinks included? |
A. | Yes! The Bronson Bash is an all-inclusive event; food and beverages will be available throughout the entirety of the event. |

Q. | Will there be vegetarian options available? |
A. | Yes. Vegetarian options are available on a per-order basis; staff members at the event will be available to assist with these requests. |
Q. | Can I bring in my own food or beverage? |
A. | No. Outside food, drinks, or coolers are not permitted in the stadium; however, baby bottles and special food allergy requests are allowed. |
Q. | Is transportation available? |
A. | Yes, round-trip transportation is provided for the Saturday, August 5 date from Bronson Methodist, Bronson LakeView, Bronson Battle Creek, and Bronson South Haven to Homer Stryker Field. If you choose this date, please complete this survey. (Link to survey will be provided at a later date). Q. | Where is check in? |
A. | Check-in will be at the Growlers main entrance gate on Mill Street; directional signage will help you navigate. |
Q. | What if there is inclement weather? |
A. | This is a rain-or-shine event. If the weather is severe enough that the event cannot continue we will reschedule the event for a future date TBA. |
Q. | Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? |
A. | Printed tickets are preferred. However, you may gain admission by presenting your pdf ticket from your smartphone device. |
Q. | Is this a free event? |
A. | This is a complimentary event courtesy of Bronson Healthcare Group |
Q. | Is beer or alcohol available? |
A. | No, beer and/or alcohol is not permitted during the Bronson Bash. |
Q. | Do I have to wear a facemask? |
A. | No, however several sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue. |
Q. | Is there handicap accommodations? |
A. | Yes. The venue offers ADA accommodations for access to all required areas of the event. |
Q. | Can I bring my pet? |
A. | No. Pets are not permitted at the Bronson Bash, however registered service animals are allowed. |
Q. | Am I allowed to smoke at the event? |
A. | Yes, but only in designated smoking areas. No vaping or marijuana is permitted. |
