Growlers Specialty Jerseys
presented by Advia Credit Union
The Growlers wear a specialty jersey every Saturday. Fans can purchase a replica in the team store for $35 or join the season-long auction to get a game-worn jersey. Every dime from every jersey is given to the Advia Foundation that helps improve financial literacy, education and quality of life in Kalamazoo.
The Advia Foundation is a non-profit created by Advia Credit Union to provide financial advantages within our communities by enhancing financial literacy, furthering education, and improving overall quality of life.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Advia Credit Union & the Advia Foundation donated $30,000 to local communities to support COVID-19 relief efforts.
Home Run for Life
presented by Bronson Sports Medicine
During select Growlers home games, the Growlers in conjunction with Bronson Sports Medicine will recognize pre-selected individual(s) on the field during an in-inning break.
The honoree will be someone who has overcome some type of serious, debilitating illness. During the inning break, the honoree and their support team are taken to the field.
The honoree will stand at home plate with our mascots while their story is told over the P.A. system for fans to hear. The honoree will then take their own, symbolic turn around the bases.
Plant-A-Tree
presented by Graphic Packaging
Graphic Packaging donates a tree for to be planted every time a home run is hit by a Growlers player at Homer Stryker Field to help the Leaf-A-Legacy Tree Planting Project.
The project is looking for volunteers to “Leaf” a legacy for the next generation and help reach the goal of planting 400 trees in the next two years in parks in Portage, MI.
Plant a tree at Celery Flats with your neighbors, family, and friends on Sunday, October 27. Please wear close-toed shoes or boots and be prepared to work outside for a minimum of two hours. Live music, food, and drink will be available during this activity. Supplies and instructions for tree planting will be provided.
Growlers Food Drive (Bucket Hat)
presented by Comerica Bank
The Kalamazoo Growlers & Comerica Bank partner to host a food drive to benefit the South Michigan Food Bank. Fans who bring 12 non-perishable food items will receive a free Growlers bucket hat. The Growlers Food Drive powered by Comerica Bank will start at 9am on Friday, July 25 at Homer Stryker Field. Fans can arrive and line up in the parking lot beginning as early as 8:30am.

Little Slugger

Do you want your son or daughter to have an unforgettable experience? In between innings they will hit a ‘Little League Home Run’ and run the bases to be greeted by the Growlers team at home plate. Sign them up to be our Kalamazoo Country Day School Little Slugger.
Playball Kid

Do you want your son or daughter to have an unforgettable experience? Sign them up to be our Kalsee Credit Union “PLAYBALL” kid. They’ll be given the microphone before the first pitch and tell both teams and all fans to “PLAY BALL” on the field.
Youth Team of the Year

Whatever the reason is, you can nominate your favorite local youth team for the Team of the Year presented by Dan Wood Company today. It doesn’t have to be a sports team – it can be any extra-curricular youth team.
