This Friday the Growlers are excited to host the PNC Grow Up Great Mobile Learning Adventure from 3:00 to 6:30 PM. This family event is totally free! The Mobile Learning Adventure will be set up outside of Homer Stryker Field at 251 Mills Street, Kalamazoo.

The Mobile Learning Adventure is a traveling exhibit that provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn about the importance of early childhood education while having fun with their children.

The educational exhibit allows parents and children to engage in unique, interactive activities — whether visiting a learning kiosk, imagining the future, or exploring the difference between a need versus a want. It's a great way to discover how everyday moments are learning opportunities. The MLA includes interactive stations like "What I Want to be When I Grow Up" where kids dress up as different professionals and have their picture superimposed on an appropriate background. In addition, parents can take home activity books and learning kits that demonstrate how to take everyday moments and turn them into learning opportunities.
