BATTLE CREEK, MI –  The Growlers snapped a four-game losing skid at Battle Creek on Sunday afternoon winning by a score of 7-2 . Battle Creek picked a run in the second to take an early lead but a 2-RBI single from Luke Strom and a sacrifice grounder from Devin Obee gave the Growlers a 3-1 lead after three innings.  KZoo starter Tanner Knapp pitched 6 innings allowing just 1 run as he picked up the win.  Luke Storm launched a 2-run home run in the 5th inning to extend the Kalamzoo lead to 5-1. BC picked up a consolation run in the 7th before the Growlers added 2 more for fun in the top of the 8th off the bat of Ryan Dykstra.
