K-Zoo would open up the floodgates in the third and fourth with their 18th, 19th, and 20th home runs on the season. The seven-run third was capped off by a two-run homer by Gabe Springer (third of the year) and a Joey Winters grand slam (first HR of the season).
John Kramer would then bring home another three via the long ball in the fourth with his team-leading fourth home run of the season. On a fastball at the letters, Kramer unleashed one over the Bells Bear Cave building in right field.
The Growlers have now put up 44 runs across four games against the Jackrabbits, securing their second home sweep of the season with last night’s win. The Grow
