An exclusive event will be held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites located on West Michigan Ave. in downtown Kalamazoo on Friday, April 4^th from 6-8 p.m. The team’s brand new mascot will be making its first public appearance at this event; the #NameYourMascot contest winner will unveiled at 6:30 p.m. After the winning name is revealed, themascot will available to sign autographs and take photos with attendees. The #NameYourMascot winner will be either Barley or Burp. Both of these names were selected overwhelmingly in their first round matchups with Gibson and Bubba, respectively.

The event is free, open to the public, and will include a complimentary food spread courtesy of Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites. Inflatables and a prize spin wheel will be available for Growlers Cub Club members to play with. Only kids that are signed up for the Growlers Cub Club will have free access to the Growlers bounce house, prize wheel, games, and an autograph session with the Growlers mascot.

There will be an opportunity to sign-up for the Cub Club at the event, but parents can also sign their kids up for the Growlers Cub Club here. There are two Cub Club options, the FREE option includes a ticket to one Kids Extravaganza Sunday game, while the VIP option includes tickets to all six Sunday games along with a t-shirt, hat, and other perks for only $15.

The individual that wins the Final Four voting will be chosen from everyone who officially entered a name during the submission period. That person will receive these exclusive benefits for the year:

3.     Mascot Valentine’s Day Flower delivery to your sweetheart

4.     Mascot birthday party appearance

5.     $100 Meijer shopping spree with the new Mascot
