We know things happen and schedules change.

All unused tickets are exchangeable for another game in the current season, at no cost. We recommend changing dates as early as possible.

Steps:

1.       Realize you can’t make it to a game or already missed one.

2.       Find a new game on the Zoo Crew Schedule that fits better.

3.       Call/email/fax/text/smoke signal your personal account manager, (269) 492- 9966. OR fill out the form below.

4.       Swap old tickets for new tickets. We must get your old tickets before we can issue new ones.

5.       Show up on your new date.

6.       Have fun.

7.       Tell your friends.

  • The original date of your tickets
  • The desired date of your tickets
  • Any important notes we should know about like if you would like to try to keep your seats, move sections or upgrade tickets.
