Three lucky fans who fill out the form below will be contacted to attend a Growlers game on Thursday, July 30. The fans must be available to attend the game to have a chance to win.
The three fans will each have a key that potentially unlocks a door during the on-field game between innings.
Only one key will work – the fan with the matching key and door will win the Ultimate Home Makeover Giveaway.
